2. YTE International Business Structure
YTE Industrial Air is a specialized Industrial Air Treatment & Climate Systems business platform. International business and contracting are handled through MGJ GrowMaster OÜ in Estonia.
Estonia · Registry Code 17401507. Responsible for international contracting, global business operations, brand operations and cross-border business coordination.
Supports supplier coordination, sourcing, product development, quality control, production follow-up and export supply-chain activities.
YTE Industrial Air and MGJ GrowMaster are parallel specialist business platforms serving different professional markets. Unless expressly stated in a transaction document, Griffin Brand Management (Shenzhen) is not the international contracting party for YTE transactions.
